Starting at the end of 2015, San Francisco International Airport's ground noise became intolerable for many.
Without question, Federal and local laws align: the City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) is legally responsible for the ground noise's affect on those who are subject to it.
Not only does CCSF indicate that it is not responsible for the airport's ground noise, but it has made unsupported and untrue claims in court, one in particular that both court commissioners accepted, to the disparagement of most plaintiffs.
In the meantime, the runway noises and night engine testings get louder and more difficult to endure.
I do not advise any further efforts in small claims court.
