The statement is true if an airport is privately owned which is not the case with San Francisco International Airport. It is owned by the City and County of San Francisco. The FAA does NOT have full control over SFO's ground noise. The City and County of San Francisco does.
Unsupported Defense Claim:
Violating the clearly written small claims “dismissal” rules that the defense received more than once, San Francisco requested that my case be entirely dismissed without my consent. The commissioner complied.
